Veteran developer Raptis is approaching completion of its Main Beach apartment development, Pearl Main Beach.

Off the plan apartment buyers in the 30-level building on Main Beach Parade are expected to move in toward the end of Q1 2024, signalling yet another development the Raptis family has completed in the Gold Coast.

All the two-bedroom apartments in Pearl Main Beach have been spoken for, with just the three-bedrooms left, starting from $1.8 million.

Pearl Main Beach offers panoramic 360-degree views spanning from the ocean to the Gold Coast skyline and hinterland. The development comprises two and three-bedroom apartments, including an Executive Collection featuring sub-penthouses, sky homes, and full-floor penthouses.

The top floor of Pearl Main Beach boasts state-of-the-art, resident-exclusive amenities, providing all residents with a sophisticated 'penthouse lifestyle.'

Set against the backdrop of an expansive shoreline and the greenbelt leading to the mountains, the rooftop showcases a pool with stunning 180-degree views of the Gold Coast coastline, a gym overlooking the Pacific Ocean, a barbecue and alfresco area, and a private dining suite.

Positioned on Main Beach Parade, just 53 steps from Main Beach's sands, Pearl Main Beach is conveniently close to the beach and the vibrant atmosphere of Tedder Avenue.

Main Beach's precinct also encompasses Marina Mirage, Seaworld Resort, and picnic facilities at The Spit, providing recreational options for all.

Residents can easily explore other areas using the G: link light rail from Main Beach Station.

Raptis has been developing residential real estate across the Gold Coast for the last four decades, creating more developments than any other Gold Coast development company. They've delivered the landmark Chevron Renaissance, the shopping and commercial Southport Central precinct, and the Phoenician Resort in Broadbeach.
