Buyers to move into Pask's The Esplanade, Palm Beach apartments
Melbourne developer Pask Group will welcome off the plan apartment buyers to its luxury Palm Beach apartment development, Esplanade, in the coming weeks.
Esplanade was a hit with buyers during the pandemic, quickly selling out back in 2022.
Projeckt marketing company, NPA Projects, who sold the project on behalf of Pask Group, is completing its final pre-settlement inspections before handing over the keys to the homeowners.
"The building's been well handled by Hutchinson's," Andrew Erwin from NPA Projects said, adding that owners will receive their keys and move-in welcome packs on July 1.
Designed by Plus Architecture and set in landscaping by FORM Landscape Architect, Esplanade features two dual-level Beach Houses, 12 apartments, and two penthouses, ranging from 220 sqm up to 446 sqm.
The split-level, four-bedroom Beach Houses start on ground level, each with its own private plunge pool and living spaces wrapped around a private courtyard. Each Beach House also features two open-plan kitchens, living and dining areas, and separate guest quarters located on the lower floor.
The three-bedroom apartments, which start from 220 sqm, run at two per floor to level eight, and every apartment will have a large ocean-facing balcony.
On the ground level is the resident amenity, which includes a 20-metre lap pool with wet edge and sunken lounges, outdoor dining areas and barbecue space, as well as a gym – cultivating a resort-style living experience and a strong sense of community.
Palm Beach has continued to be one of the hottest markets on the Gold Coast from the pandemic through to now. Ignite is heading back to the beachfront having sold out Cabana at around the same time as Esplanade. They're planning a September launch for their new project on Jefferson Lane, 36 apartments designed by Plus Architecture.
Sherpa has eyes on another project having acquired three adjoining sites at 8-12 Sixth Avenue for its next project, while they continue building Perspective Nexus, also in Palm Beach.
