The scaffolding has come down at Burleigh Beach Houses, the newest boutique collection of luxury villas in Burleigh Heads.

Award-winning builder Carmichael Build has followed the designs of the renowned Story Design Collective to a tee. The striking facade will be immediately evident from the Banksia Broadway street, just a couple of hundred metres from Burleigh Beach.

The north-facing villas feature a rendered facade with understated weatherboards, designed to embrace the coastal location. The facade is softened by lush greenery cascading from the garden beds above.

Soaring cathedral ceilings and curved feature walls feature within the villas, which have been thoughtfully designed to include a lift providing access to all levels, future proofing them for generations.

Each townhome boasts a spacious 330 sqm floor plan spread across three levels. The top floor homes all four bedrooms, strategically separating social spaces from private sleeping quarters.

The heart of the beach houses lies in the modern open-plan kitchen, seamlessly connecting to a north-facing alfresco area overlooking a private plunge pool.

The built-in dining booth and bar cabinetry, featuring a sink and bar fridge, set the stage for effortless entertainment.

The three contemporary bathrooms, including ensuites for the master and second bedrooms, ensure convenience and luxury for residents.

An additional ground-floor powder room and a private study cater to practical needs, especially those embracing a work-from-home lifestyle.

A carport and a double-lock up garage allow for four cars, with the garage offering internal access to the home.

Situated steps away from the iconic Burleigh Beach, a short stroll to The Village Markets for fresh produce, and a mere 900 metres from James Street shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, the location of Burleigh Beach Houses enhances its appeal.

Buyers will soon be moving into the villas, developed by 21 Property Group.
