Brisbane-based developer Bottega Group has teamed up with builder turned developer 5Point Projects to launch their luxury Broadbeach apartment development, FARO Broadbeach.

The project of just 15 apartments at 123 Old Burleigh Road, just one row back from the Broadbeach sand, is a redesign and relaunch of the former 123OBR project which Bottega were marketing before COVID hit.

Designed by Plus Architecture, FARO will home 11 full-floor, three-bedroom apartments, three five-bedroom sub-penthouses, and sprawling three-level penthouse spread across the top three levels of the 21-level building.

The modern curved facade of FARO elegantly ascends into the sky, reflecting sunlight and mirroring the azure hues of the ocean.

The design seamlessly integrates with the surrounding environment, achieving a harmonious blend of contemporary aesthetics and natural beauty.

Rising 21 levels, with built-in garden beds on each level, FARO offers premium amenities and a luxurious living experience within each residence.

The residences at FARO are a rare collection of bespoke full-floor homes, characterised by generous, curated interiors defined by relaxed textures and opulent finishes.

Materials such as engineered timber floors, champagne brass, natural stone, warm timber-look surfaces, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean create genuine luxury and abundant natural light for all apartments.

Each three-bedroom, full-floor apartment has a separate study, laundry, butlers pantry, and two car spaces.

The five-bedroom sub-penthouses span two levels each and have the same inclusions as the three-beds but another multi-purpose room.

The three-level penthouse will be one of the most impressive the Gold Coast has even seen. It will have five bedrooms, each with an ensuite no less, numerous living areas and private entertainment space and a rooftop terrace with a lounge and a swimming pool with sweeping views south to Kirra.

Residents will have extensive communal facilities in the form of a swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, and communal dining spaces set within a lush landscaped garden.

Positioned in one of Australia’s most sought-after residential areas, FARO holds a prime location in the sought-after suburb of Broadbeach, just moments away from the region’s most desirable beaches, renowned recreational venues, as well as cafes and dining establishments.

5Point will be building FARO, and are expecting a late 2025 completion.
