Joint venture partners Monaco Property Group and Polites Property Group are bringing resort inspired living to their Runaway Bay development, Belvue.

The waterfront Belvue, French word for beautiful view, will feature a boutique collection of full floor sky homes, three freestanding villas, and an array of resort-style amenity.

Designed to cater to the mind, body and soul, Belvue will deliver a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, with a range of relaxation and rejuvenation spaces.

The jewel in the crown, the waterfront pool, provides the perfect spot to bask in the Queensland sun. Subtropical foliage and vibrant vegetation encircle the central pool, creating an oasis of greenery.

Residents will also benefit from a barbecue pavilion, in addition to cabanas and daybeds which are scattered throughout the landscape.

When it's time for respite, there's also a resident-only spa and sauna.

Belvue also prioritises the physical wellbeing of its residents. The residents gym, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, offers a dedicated space for fitness, with the space also integrating a dedicated yoga area.

When the development application was submitted to the Gold Coast City Council, Plus Architecture called Belvue "the sophisticated newcomer to Runaway Bay."

"It's an elevated lifestyle with resort-style amenities," the Design Statement read.

Whole floor apartments, with 273 sqm of living space, start from $3,545,000.
