In the tranquil coastal suburb of Burleigh Heads, construction on a collection of four luxury townhomes is nearing completion.

The development plans for Beju Residences were initially lodged in May last year by sporting power couple Erin Holland and Ben Cutting, in a joint venture between their company, Golconda Property Group, K2 Projects, and EM Design.

Situated just moments away from the waters of Tallebudgera Creek and the iconic Burleigh Headland, Beju Residences provide a prime location for residents seeking a tranquil coastal lifestyle.

Set across a 550 sqm site at 8 Bullimah Avenue, each three-level residence comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a double garage.

One of the standout features of the exclusive residences is the open nature of the roof terrace, which offers a private and inviting space for the occupants of each dwelling. With views of the surrounding area, the roof terrace is equipped with a stairway, lift, powder room, and laundry facilities.

The orientation of each townhome has been carefully considered to maximise natural light and capture the beauty of the surroundings. All four townhouses benefit from a desirable north-eastern aspect, while residences one and four also enjoy additional aspects to the east and north-west.

Residents will appreciate the convenience of a short 50-metre stroll to the foreshore of Tallebudgera Creek, where they can immerse themselves in the natural surrounds.

The townhomes offer spacious open-plan living areas that seamlessly connect to expansive balconies, providing a perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment.

The entertainer's kitchen is a focal point of each residence, featuring top-of-the-line SMEG Dolce Stil Novo appliances and a large butler's pantry. The master bedroom offers a touch of opulence, with a spacious walk-in robe and a dual vanity ensuite. Abundant storage, ducted air-conditioning, and timber flooring further enhance the luxurious living experience.

One of the townhomes sold earlier this month through CBRE Gold Coast.
