Ascot Row, the small-scale luxury townhouse development by Queensland and Northern New South Wales builder developer Holm Developments, is starting to take shape.

Ascot Row comprises 14 three-bedroom townhomes designed by Plus Architects as a modern architectural interpretation of the iconic Queenslander style.

The project on Stevenson Street, on the border Ascot and Hamilton, is oriented to maximise the expansive, north-facing aspect to let in ample natural light and cool breezes.

Each townhome's interiors are designed by the acclaimed Tom Mark Henry team, incorporating natural and durable materials to ensure a timeless aesthetic.

Ranging from 240 to 275 sqm, the residences boast premium finishes and European appliances throughout, catering to the discerning tastes of modern homeowners.

The ground floor of each townhome features a spacious open-plan layout ideal for entertaining, leading to a generous, private alfresco courtyard landscaped by Laud Ink

On the third floor, residents will find three bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a walk-in robe, ensuite, and a private balcony. The townhouses also include a multi-purpose room for added versatility.

Residents of Ascot Row will benefit from exclusive amenities, including individual lock-up side-by-side double car garages for each residence, as well as a central pool and a two-level leisure and entertainment facility for residents to enjoy.

Moreover, the development is within walking distance of Portside Wharf and Racecourse Road Village, adding to its appeal.

With construction by Holm Built currently underway, Ascot Row is on track for completion in May 2024.
