Family-owned Andrews Projects has broken ground on its largest project to date, their $270 million, twin-tower apartment development in Robina.

The project, Cascade, which has sold over 60 per cent of its 229 residences, will create over 300 jobs on the Gold Coast and provide significant employment opportunities during its two-year lifecycle.

Upon completion, Cascade will be home to around 1,000 residents across two and three-bedroom apartments and villas, with majority offering views of the Surfers Paradise skyline and Gold Coast Hinterland.

Residents will have access to a suite of six-star amenities including a 25m resort pool, 170 sqm gym, sauna, cold plunge and steam room.

Architecturally, Cascade follows the distinctive curvy style which Andrews Projects has instilled in all of its projects. The apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows and large, liveable balconies.

With prices starting from $850,000, Cascade will provide significant economic stimulus for the Robina area, in line with the State Government’s plan for the Olympic Satellite Village in the area.

Andrews Projects Sales Manager Sarah Andrews said Cascade is a beacon of progress for Robina, transforming the skyline and offering a new standard of modern living.

“Commencing construction on Cascade is a significant milestone for both Andrews Projects and having Cr Hermann Vorster support is a strong vote of confidence in the project," Andrews says.

"Cascade underscores our commitment to community and job creation, all while providing a luxurious living experience for future Gold Coast residents.”

Earlier this year Andrews Projects announced the launch of its in-house construction arm following a challenging time in the South East Queensland construction sector.
