Gold Coast developer Andrews Projects has seen huge success at it's recently launched Robina residential community, Cascade.

The family-owned Andrews Projects, led by prominent developer Danny Andrews, has secured $125 million in pre-sales at the $250 million project at 116 Lavar Drive, in the heart of Robina.

Andrews Projects Sales Manager, Sarah Andrews, said Cascade is a landmark project for the group, in both scale and opportunity.

“It was important for us to continue to offer the level of quality our buildings are known for, while expanding our commitment to the future of living on the Gold Coast,” Andrews said.

Andrews Projects secured the 1.17-hectare site back in 2021, lodging plans to construct two boutique 15-storey towers across it earlier this year.

“Located just metres from ‘Greenheart’, a council initiative to invigorate 17-hectares of parkland at Stadium Drive, Cascade will undoubtedly play an important role in the future of residential development in Robina," Andrews added.

Offering a mix of two, three and four-bedroom apartments, Cascade has been designed for the owner occupier, with buyers set to experience a collection of world-class amenity as well.

A 25-metre magnesium pool, gym, spa pool and sauna form part of the state-of-the-art wellness centre, while generous landscaping complements the lush communal areas which include an amphitheatre and private poolside cabanas.

Focussing on a sense of community and connectivity, the apartments in Cascade will boast signature Andrews Projects design features, including large open plan kitchens, living and dining spaces, along with full-height double glazed windows, Miele appliance, Caesarstone benchtops and fully ducted air-conditioning.

The development, which is due to commence in early 2023, is now selling the second tower apartments.
