Andrews Projects launches $40 million penthouse collection at Cascade Robina
Family-owned developers Andrews Projects has unveiled a $40 million penthouse collection within its Cascade development in Robina.
Following demand for luxurious three-bedroom apartments, Andrews Projects has amalgamated several apartments on the higher levels of the $270 million Robina apartment development to create the exclusive penthouse collection, resulting in only five residences per floor.
With prices ranging from $1.9 million to $2.2 million, the three-bedroom plus media penthouses are attracting local downsizers looking to live an easy luxurious lifestyle and interstate holidaymakers seeking a home away from home.
The family-sized penthouses feature Andrews’ signature floor-to-ceiling windows, a generous livable balcony, beautiful internal finishes including timber flooring, Caesarstone benchtops and Miele appliances with an integrated fridge/freezer included.
Cascade residents will also have access to resort-style amenities including a 25m resort pool, a state-of-the-art gym, sauna, cold plunge and steam room.
