A three bedroom, three bathroom apartment in The Standard was Brisbane's top apartment sale in the past week.

The $4.5 million South Brisbane sale notification for the 229 sqm space was secured through Chris Houston at Aria Living following the building's completion in July this year.

The 2902/15 Manning Street apartment sits within the penthouse collection in the complex.

"The collection features a series of New York inspired residences with impeccable finishes and breath-taking views of the river and Brisbane’s CBD," Houston said.

"Expansive floor to ceiling glass with soaring ceilings heights enhances the luxurious sense of space, whilst distinguished design features and considered floor plans maximise your everyday living.

"Residents of the Penthouse Collection will also be welcomed to The Standard's inhouse Concierge, available from Tuesday to Saturday to assist with simple quality of life improvements to help maximise your every day," he noted.

It is the highest yet recorded sale in the curvaceous building which features a greenwall at the podium level.

There was a 30th floor sale at $2.195,000 in September, according to CoreLogic's update on recent settlements.

The complex was developed by Aria Property Group who'd commissioned the design by architectural firm Woods Bagot.

Aria's earlier apartment projects has seen it awarded best high density developer in Australia 2017, 2018 & 2019.

The Standard won the Best High Density Development in Queensland at the 2021 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Awards.

The Standard was also recently awarded winner in three categories at the 2021 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Queensland Housing Awards.

Located on Fish Lane in South Brisbane, The Standard comes with a resident’s Wellness Club, the Rooftop Club and the acclaimed Lune Croissanterie on the ground level.

The site was bought from the Metro Property Group for $13 million in 2017.
