A $3.7 million sub penthouse in Liberty Panorama at Main Beach topped SEQ's sales results.

Ray White secured the sale of 2242/1 Lennie Avenue, Main Beach after just 34 days on market.

With 352 sqm space internal and external, it is three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus two car spaces and storage taking its space to over 400 sqm.

Set on the 24th floor of Liberty Panorama, its 270-degree views take in Broadwater, Marina and Pacific Ocean with its north-easterly aspect.

There are just the two apartments on the level.

There are resort-style leisure facilities with its tropical grounds having an 80m lagoon pool.

There is also an indoor heated lap pool, sauna and steam rooms, gymnasium and floodlit tennis court. 

The apartment was last sold by its developer Mirvac at $1.3 million in 2001.
