Professional golfer and former world top-10 Rodger Davis has listed his Burleigh Heads Mediterranean-inspired home for $1.5 million plus.
The four-bedroom home is located on a 1,144-square-metre parcel of land and features views to Surfers Paradise and the living spaces feature polished parquetry flooring and the home includes a gourmet kitchen, wine cellar and pool.
Rodger Davis had originally bought the property in July 2006 for $2.25 million and the stated price guide of $1,500,000 - $1,950,000 represents a substantial drop from the intial purchase.
The property is listed through Michele Meers and Ian Mills of McGrath Palm Beach.
The median house price in Burleigh Heads is $500,500, a 11.2% decline in five years, according to RP Data.
