Expressions of interest close May 29 with Michael Tynan of Biggin & Scott Prahran who is offering $1.4 million to $1.54 million price guidance.

The Pran Central Apartments building at the corner of 325 Chapel Street and 220 Commercial Road, the former Reads Building, influenced by the English Baroque Revival period.

The building’s oval windows, domed towers and giant Corinthian columns have combined to make it a visual landmark that was intended of department stores in the 1910s and 1920s.
