A Paul Clout designed tropical Noosa Waters home sold recently for $3.75 million.

Set among private courtyard gardens on 765 sqm, 18 Topsails Place has a floor area of 380 sqm and was built with a texture of sandstone, slate and timbers.

A water edge courtyard and boardwalk lead to the four bedroom, four bathroom home with home office, that has a private route to the pool complete with barbecue station and entertaining area.

The grand master bedroom opens to a wide private terrace overlooking the curved 30 metre waterfront that includes a jetty with electric boat lift.

Shane McCauley and Frank Milat at Richardson & Wrench Noosa Heads secured the sale.

It last traded for $3.75 million in 2015.

Another four bedroom waterfront with swimming pool in the cul-de-sac fetched $1.85 million just a few days before.
