Olivia Newton-John's Florida mansion under contract to Rosie O'Donnell
Olivia Newton-John’s Jupiter Island home is reportedly under contract with comedian Rosie O’Donnell for US$5.6 million.
O’Donnell recently sold her Miami mansion for US$16.5 million.
Aussies Abroad reported on the listing in June this year, when the Florida beachfront mansion was listed with a US$6.2 million price tag.
The Aussie star bought the four-bedroom Jupiter Island home with her hubby and founder of herb company Trivita, John Easterling, in 2009 for US$4.1 million.
The couple spent approximately US$2 million renovating the property in 2010, which now features hurricane impact-rated glass windows and doors – a necessity for tropical storm laden Florida.
