As a result this current sales marks a $298,000 loss for the vendors.

George Vrodos of Property Shop marketed the property.

Situated at 3/7 LaTrobe Street, Bayview, the abode was previously listed on market for varying durations in 2016/17 seeking $740,000.

The three bedroom two bathroom townhouse sold at auction on October 5.

It was listed as a rental in 2010 and 2012 seeking $650 per week.

Featuring a paved yard and a pool, the home is located in a small complex of three.

Set on 420 square metres, the abode was built in 2004.

The median sale price for a home in Bayview, NT is $366,000, according to the latest CoreLogic data.
