As a result this current sales marks a $298,000 loss for the vendors.

The three bedroom two bathroom townhouse sold at auction on October 5.

It was listed as a rental in 2010 and 2012 seeking $650 per week.

Set on 420 square metres, the abode was built in 2004.

The median sale price for a home in Bayview, NT is $366,000, according to the latest CoreLogic data.
