Busy North Shore developer WINIM has appointed builder Trescon to construct their senior living-focused apartment development Longhouse in St Ives.

Longhouse comprises just 18 single-level three-bedroom apartments, strategically designed to cater to over 55 living.

Designed by renowned architecture firm and WINIM's longtime preferred designer partner Rothelowman, Longhouse took inspiration from the classic Scandinavian 'Langhaus' design, boasting grand proportions and light-filled structures.

Longhouse cleverly mimics a cluster of small houses, complemented by lush landscaping that enhances the overall ambience.

The landscape-rich setting features strategic plantings, hedging, and carefully outlined boundaries, creating a tranquil and inviting atmosphere for residents.

Construction for the Longhouse is scheduled to commence shortly.

WINIM has had a busy start to 2024, launching two luxury projects, Kléo Mosman, just 14 apartments on Gurrigal Street, and Huntington Residences in Cremorne, another boutique development of just 13 apartments.

Late last year WINIM launched Flo Residences in Northbridge, a mix of apartments and townhouses.
