Characterised by contemporary yet timeless, and fresh yet warm interiors, every Bloom residence artfully combines practicality with refined elegance.
The kitchen features built-in cabinetry, sleek white surfaces, and state-of-the-art appliances, creating a functional yet stylish space.
Meanwhile, marble-style tiling, plush bedroom carpets, and meticulous attention to quality details are seen throughout the homes.
Abundant natural light fills the living spaces, complemented by full-height windows that offer stunning views. Some apartments provide captivating perspectives of the CBD and Botany Bay.
For residents enjoying elevated views, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors flood the living space with light and open to private balconies designed for landscaped privacy.
Built by experienced residential builder Richard Crookes Constructions, Bloom also has ground-level commercial suites, including a marketplace with restaurants and retailers, a youth centre and associated ball courts for communal amenities.
The project also includes a public park with feature paving, turf areas, and play areas for the local community.
Situated at 213 Princes Highway, the $136 million development is strategically located near prominent landmarks and services, such as Barton Park, the Cook River, the Kogarah golf course, various local schools, Sydney Airport, and the Arncliffe train station.
