In a world where both views and coastal living are high on a prospective home buyer's wish-list, Sydney's Brighton Le Sands has the ability to deliver both.

That's why Abadeen Group chose the beachside suburb for their residential development, Seychelles, one of the only projects they've developed outside of the Lower North Shore.

Rothelowman were tasked with designing the project, which features 31 beachside apartments which offer panoramic views that will never be built out.

There's a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with two penthouses crowning the building. Each residence has been crafted to embrace the location, providing a blend of functionality and luxury.

The apartments capture the vistas that stretch from the beach and Botany Bay to Cronulla, the CBD, and beyond, giving residents a front row seat to nature's beauty.

The sculptured curves of the building create a striking silhouette against the sky, while full-height windows invite an abundance of natural light into each of the homes.

In addition to the apartments, five original terrace homes that date back to the late 19th century built by Thomas Saywell are also part of the development, with the historic homes restored to their former glory.

Offering a glimpse into the heritage of the suburb, the terrace homes bring a sense of history to the modern apartments that sit above.

Known for it's beach, Brighton Le Sands also offers an array of local dining options, in addition to shopping and recreational activities, with the vibrant community presenting something for everyone, from locals to visitors, year-round.
