Waverley Residences: Rare whole-floor apartments launch in Bondi Junction
Bondi Junction is set to receive one of its first ever full-floor apartment developments with the launch of Landmax Group's Waverley Residences.
Waverley Residences, half way between the heart of Bondi Junction and Waverley Park at 40 Waverley Street, will have eight full floor apartments, each with either two or three-bedrooms.
Designed by Sydney-based architecture and interior design firm DStudio, the interiors use warm, rich materials and a modern palette with cutting-edge smart features and a premium suite of Miele appliances.
Each of the apartments feature an open plan kitchen, living and dining area designed for entertaining. This space, which also includes a built-in study nook, opens to an outdoor terraces, some of which have glimpses of the ocean.
The bathrooms feature sculptural stone, Parisi brushed brass tapware and freestanding baths. Each apartment comes with at least one parking space
The rooftop offers a communal outdoor entertaining area with a firepit and views of the Sydney Harbour.
Waverley Residences is ideally located near Bondi Junction, the transport hub of the eastern suburbs. Bondi Junction train station is just 700 metres away, with restaurants, retail and one of Australia's largest Westfield shopping centres even closer.
There's significant nature nearby in the form of Centennial Park, Queens Park, and Bondi Beach, all within close proximity to the project.
CBRE Residential Projects are marketing Waverley Residences.
Bondi Junction doesn't often see new off the plan apartment developments. The only other apartment project in Bondi Junction which is currently in market is Centennial Collection, the two-tower development by Stargate Property.
That's now under construction having achieved strong presales to locals within a three kilometre radius, as well as some interest from the North Shore.
