Veue Central, the most prominent stage in Sekisui House Australia's $1 billion Norwest masterplan The Orchards, has been a hit with buyers since being released to the market earlier this year.

Veue Central is the fourth of five stages in the Turner Studio-designed, 1.4-hectare masterplan, which when finished will comprise 1,300 apartments, extensive parklands, outdoor cinema, playgrounds, and a community centre.

Veue Central is located in the heart of The Orchards and will comprise 583 apartments across six buildings ranging in size from nine storeys to 22 storeys. The 22-storey building will be the largest in the whole precinct.

Award-winning Crone Architects has created Veue’s Japanese-inspired residential towers with a vertical green spine with an open landscaped recreational central core—connecting residents to parklands that extend from the eastern part of the site to the creek in the west.

All apartments have views of the gardens or green edging to their balconies and have floor-to-ceiling glazing to capture panoramic views of nature.

Residents will enjoy a well-lit, open-plan living and dining area leading out to spacious balconies on the upper floors and a kitchen boasting ample storage.

Future homeowners can customise their homes from optional interior schemes, offering diverse materials and tonal finishes.

Veue Central apartments come equipped with an advanced security system, including an intercom, plus a secure car park with storage cages and EV charging provisions.

Veue will also be home to a wellness centre with a gym and pool connecting directly to the garden. A 100-person communal function centre will also be available for use by residents for parties and special occasions, as well as concierge services.

The latest addition to The Orchards has been met with strong buyer demand. During the grand public launch for Veue, Sekisui achieved over 50 sales totalling over $63 million, with local buyers accounting for over 60 per cent of the purchases.

The Orchards is around 31 kilometres north-west of Sydney’s CBD. It is strategically positioned 800 metres from Norwest Metro Train Station and 600 metres from Norwest Marketown and Norwest Business Park.

Construction on Veue is expected to start in 2024.
