Residents will be greeted with high ceilings, light-drenched interiors and large usable balconies that bring the outside in, many of which offer sweeping views of Botany Bay or Sydney's skyline.

The open-plan kitchens are designed for functionality and are equipped with SMEG appliances, an engineered stone benchtop with a waterfall edge, and LED downlights.

Bathrooms feature frameless shower screens and Parisi tapware in a timeless brushed nickel finish for a touch of luxury.

Residents will have exclusive access to a rooftop BBQ area overlooking the Cooks River.

Ventura Residences is only 650 metres from Sydney’s M5, with convenient access to Sydney Airport. A five-minute walk to Arncliffe station will get residents to the CBD within 15 minutes.

Residents are also within a seven-minute drive to the nearest Woolworths and Aldi in Wolli Creek, while less than a ten-minute drive will take them to Cahlil Park or Discovery Point Park for a picnic with views of the Cooks River or a swim at the beaches of Brighton-Le-Sands.

Ventura Residences is ready for move-in. A limited number of two- and three-bedroom apartments remain available for purchase.
