TWT Property Group has appointed Westbourne Constructions as the builder for stage one of their transformative St Leonards mixed-use precinct, The Collective

The Collective, 23-35 Atchison Street, stands as a cornerstone of TWT Property Group’s visionary plan to revitalize the St Leonards area, with the $1 billion project encompassing around 13,000 sqm of prime real estate.

Construction for The Collective's first stage is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2024, with the project slated for launch in mid-2024.

The inaugural phase of The Collective will introduce 93 residences ranging from one to four-bedroom configurations. The low-density design has been created by Team2 Architects and interiors by DBI.

Situated in of St Leonards, The Collective sits in a convenient pocket in St Leonards on Atchison Street, near both the Metro and train stations.

Part of the development will be the Creative Precinct initiative, which TWT will integrate into the wider masterplan.

 

Westbourne Constructions, which has been operating for over 20 years, has won multiple Master Builders Association Excellence in Construction Awards and the prestigious Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Award for Adaptive Re-Use.
