The new Mosman record-breaking apartment development, Redan Lane, will be built by iCIRT-rated builder Trescon, the developer has announced.

The first development by Prosker Property founded by former local estate agent Tim Foote, secured two sales at $19 million and $19.5 million late last year, making them the most expensive apartment sales on the Lower North Shore.

Redan Lane will comprise just seven exclusive apartments situated on the sought-after Balmoral Slopes in Mosman.

"From the very beginning we believed the good people of Mosman wanted large easy living Residences close to the Village, bathed in light with beautiful views and the market’s response has affirmed this conviction," Tim Foote said.

It was one of the garden residences that sold for $19.5 million to a downsizing Mosman family, while a mid-level apartment with four bedrooms fetched $19 million.  four-bedroom apartment sold for $19 million.

Redan Lane sits on a 2220 sqm site at 22 Redan Street and will replace a single home.

While boutique developments like Redan Lane typically forgo a suite of amenities, residents will enjoy a Golf Room equipped with a full golf simulator.

The collaborative effort involved Studio Johnston for architecture, Mim Design for interiors, and Dangar Barin Smith for landscaping.

CBRE is managing the sales campaign.
