Burgeoning builder developer TQM is bringing a $120 million apartment project to the centre of Hurstville’s CBD.

Lotus Residences is an impressive collection of 126 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments split across two buildings, many providing scenic views of the surrounding neighbourhoods and Sydney's skyline.

Designed by H3 Architects, Lotus Residence incorporates the latest engineering processes and precast concrete construction techniques. The 13-level buildings boast a solid, robust form characterised by its avant-garde curvature.

Residents will also enjoy the distinctive look of impeccable interior design, with each apartment boasting premium finishes and fixtures.

The living areas are finished with wood tile flooring and a soft, neutral colour palette.

The kitchens feature high-quality engineered stone benchtops and splashbacks, complemented by premium Miele appliances.

The spacious bedrooms are designed in soft, neutral tones with floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies.

The bathrooms are headlined by Parisi fixtures set against soft, subtly textured mosaic ceramic tiles, complete with expansive mirrored overhead cabinets with strip LED lighting and an engineered stone benchtop.

Lotus Residence offers ample amenities for residents, their families, friends, and pets. The rooftop garden and communal BBQ area provide opportunities for socialising with neighbours, while pets can enjoy the property’s resident-only pet playground with its private dog park, manifold play equipment, and even grooming amenities—first-ever in Sydney.

Lotus Residence is only a seven-minute walk to Hurstville station and a five-minute walk to Westfield.

The project is due to be completed in late 2024.
