Sydney’s record-breaking residential development by Top Spring Australia, Ode in Double Bay, has been recognised in the world’s prestigious International Property Awards in London.

The awards represent the pinnacle of excellence in global real estate, and the international accolade follows the regional Asia-Pacific nomination awarded to Ode in 2023.

Top Spring Australia Director, Henry Wong, accepted the award at London’s Savoy Hotel on 22 February.

“Top Spring Australia is honoured to be recognised amongst the most illustrious property developers," Wong said.

"The International Property Awards are a mark of excellence and puts Ode firmly on the world’s stage."

Created by renowned Sydney architect Luigi Rosselli, Ode will stand as a six-storey architectural marvel of European refinement, curves, and asymmetry on a prominent corner site with Sydney Harbour views and a luxury village lifestyle the precinct is known for.

Discerning purchasers have flocked to Ode, shattering sales records for the historic harbourside enclave of Double Bay with a penthouse selling off the plan for $24.9 million.

“Sydney remains one of the world’s strongest and most consistent performers in global real estate, and the city’s eastern suburbs and harbour-side location are so tightly held and less cyclical in nature,’’ Wong added.

“We go further to create value for decades to come, working closely with our consultants to create points of difference with a well-defined development identity. This is a key enabler for added value and we undertake extensive research on every aspect to ensure each project’s story is cohesive and compelling. This Development Marketing award is a testament to that strategy in action.’’

With 15 oversized three and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses, the project is under construction by prestige Sydney builder Ceerose and scheduled for completion in late 2025.

“Ode is central to the renaissance happening in Double Bay, combining world-class architecture and lifestyle, a superior dining and retail precinct, and at its centrepiece is stunning public art and corner ground floor plaza,’’ Wong said.

“Residents will have access to a dedicated full-time concierge who will curate a range of services and experiences.”

Limited opportunities remain at the award-winning development, with three-bedroom residences at Ode priced from $10 million.
