Top Spring Australia has launched the latest release at its parkside St Leonards development, The Newlands.

Viridis comprises a selection of 62 spacious apartments and garden terraces, ranging from one to three-bedrooms.

Bates Smart designed the apartments with careful consideration for the surrounding environment, with the new release providing residents with dual aspect views of the park and the verdant tree canopy.

The seamless integration of interior and exterior spaces is achieved through the use of natural materials such as timber joinery and large pieces of natural stone.

Residents will also benefit from the resort-style outdoor pool in Viridis, which is accompanied by a lounge deck, along with an outdoor gym and wellness space.

The Newlands 'Green Spine,' an expansive private oasis spanning 5,700 sqm, creates another tranquil environment for residents to unwind and connect with nature in, while the rooftop gardens spaces offer another break out space, complete with views of the city.

To promote sustainable living, Viridis offers a shared bicycle and car service, promoting eco-friendly modes of transportation and reducing the reliance on private vehicles, with the initiative aligning with the community's commitment to preserving the environment and reducing carbon emissions.

Energy efficiency is a key focus of The Newlands development, with a 6.5-star NatHERS average across the residences.

The builders selected for the project, DASCO, boast a 4.5iCIRT rating, emphasising their dedication to constructing environmentally conscious and sustainable buildings.

Prices start from $865,000 at The Newlands, which is slated for completion for 2025.
