Developer Tian An LFD has set a new benchmark for residential developments in Western Sydney with their completed Auburn apartment development.

Auburn Square comprises 427 residences in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations, including nine retail and commercial suites and various amenities.

The first stage of Auburn Square, which includes 148 apartments across a 10-level building, has recently been completed and is ready for occupancy. Retail spaces on the ground floor, along Northumberland Rd, connecting directly to Auburn Town Centre, are now available for lease.

The Rothelowman-designed Auburn Square focuses on everyday livability with high-quality finishes, premium inclusions, and an emphasis on natural light and ventilation through apartment orientation, neutral-coloured tiled flooring, and spacious balconies.

Residents at Auburn Square will arrive at secure lobbies offering the perfect welcome with a dedicated parcel locker and benches to sort the mail, a seat to wait for a friend, or simply some space while waiting for the elevator.

Each apartment has generously sized, open-concept living and dining areas, as well as well-appointed kitchens with integrated premium Westinghouse appliances.

Ensuite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and expansive balconies offering panoramic views of the Sydney CBD are additional highlights.

All apartments have ceiling fans, split-system air conditioning, intercom systems, and access to secure car parks and underground storage.

The development's design also prioritises communal spaces to foster a sense of community in Auburn Square, with shared facilities on two resident areas—the rooftop and the first-floor podium.

A sprawling rooftop garden covering 2,000 sqm crowns Auburn Square and provides a welcoming retreat for residents to enjoy with their families, pets, and neighbours.

Landscaped by Ground Ink, this expansive rooftop features a generous barbecue area, an outdoor fitness zone, and an open-air sky cinema.

Communal dining areas, custom-built bench seating, planter beds, barbeque facilities, an outdoor cinema and exercise equipment will feature across the two resident areas.

Auburn Square is only a four-minute walk from the train station, with easy access to Parramatta Road and the M4 for a quick drive to Sydney CBD or destinations further west.
