The Harrington Collection in The Rocks, the heart of Sydney's historic precinct, presents a collection of residences which stand as a testament to the seamless integration of heritage and modernity.

The Harrington Collection stands proudly as a state-significant development within the 200-year-old area.

The 58-residence development is the brainchild of Golden Age Group and Hannas, who had acclaimed architecture studio fjmt blend the history of the surrounding area into the design of the Harrington Street building.

The distinctive curved form of the domed roof pays homage to nearby icons, the Sydney Opera House, and the Sydney Harbour Bridge, adding a touch of contemporary elegance to the heritage site. Inside, the monastic interiors feature a thoughtful material palette of sandstone, terracotta, timber, and bronze, mirroring the local topography.

Divided into three distinct buildings, the residential components; the penthouses, apartments, and terraces, harmonise with the local streetscape, further enhancing the historical significance of the area.

The $350 million Harrington Collection encompasses 58 one, two and three-bedroom apartments atop a ground floor collection of terrace homes delivered in two design collections – a contemporary Manhattan Soho range, and a historic collection of refurbished terraces that originally occupied the site.

Living at The Harrington Collection is an unparalleled experience, with hidden cafes tucked away down cobbled lanes, vibrant artisan markets, and acclaimed hatted restaurants all just steps from the site.
