The Gallery Collective to bring "smart apartments" to Kogarah
Kogarah's latest apartment development, The Gallery Collective by HYZ Group, will bring just under 100 smart apartments to the St George area.
PBD Architects have handled the plans of the Regent Street building, which will comprise 96 one, two and three-bedroom apartments which have been developed to integrate innovative technology as a standard inclusion.
Residents will experience a truly smart home with features such as automated roller blinds, a smart air conditioner controlled via a mobile device, and smart LED downlights in key areas like the kitchen, living room, dining area, and hallway, with voice-control features enabling residents to operate everything from their devices.
The development also caters to eco-conscious individuals by providing electric car charging stations, making it hassle-free to dock and charge electric vehicles.
While in its construction phase, buyers will have the choice of two colour schemes; Sky and Earth.
The Sky scheme incorporates a soft and neutral palette, featuring timber-inspired tones in the kitchen and marble tiles in the bathroom, while Earth presents a darker palette, adding an element of elegance and sophistication throughout the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas.
The Gallery Collective is ideally located for convenient amenity and connectivity to Sydney, 14 kilometres north of Kogarah.
Kogarah train station is just 400 metres away, while even closer is the Princes Highway, offering two different options to get into the city.
Kogarah Town Centre accompanies the train station, which has a Woolworths. Westfield Hurstville is the closest major shopping centre, a 10-minute drive.
