Completion on the latest Ashfield apartment development is drawing near, with Australian-owned developers and builders Deicorp set to wrap up with construction on The Anders in the coming months.

Located in the heart of Ashfield, The Anders will deliver 88 spacious two-bedroom apartments that boast district and city views, giving residents a panorama of the surrounding area.

The Anders Ashfield is ideally situated, with a mere four-minute walk to Ashfield Station, offering residents easy access to transportation options and a hassle-free commute. The bustling CBD is just a short 13-minute train ride away, making it an ideal location for both professionals and families seeking the perfect balance between city living and suburban tranquility.

Designed by award-winning architectural firm Nordon Jago, The Anders apartments feature luxury finishes, including premium European appliances in the kitchens, while the living areas have been designed to maximise on natural light to provide a sense of openness and comfort.

Crowning the building will be a landscaped rooftop garden, with the space set to offer an extension to the apartments, taking in far reaching views, in addition to featuring barbecue facilities.

Secure basement parking is on offer for residents, with storage options included. Residents will also benefit from direct internal access to their apartments from the basement.

Residents are set to have the best of the inner west at their doorstep. Summer Hill, known for its vibrant atmosphere, cafes and boutique shops, is just minutes away, while the diverse culinary delights of Burwood are also within easy reach in the neighbouring suburb.
