Eastern Suburbs builder-developer, Stargate Property, has launched to market its under-construction luxury Rose Bay apartment development, Everose.

The project of 26 two and three-bedroom apartments at 575 Old South Head Road, just north of the Rose Bay Village, is slated for completion later this year.

Ray White Projects has a fully fitted display apartment to show prospective buyers through.

DJRD Architects have designed Everose. Each apartment features an open plan kitchen, living and dining area that extends to to outdoor terraces or balconies.

The kitchens are designed for practicality and style and are equipped with premium V-Zug appliances.

Bathrooms are fitted with natural honed stone flooring and wall tiles, stone top vanities, and frameless glass shower screens. Some apartments also include a freestanding bathtub.

The development also includes provisions for electric car charging, reflecting a commitment to modern amenities and sustainability.

Stargate is currently developing Centennial Collection, the two-tower development on the fringe of Centennial Park and Bondi Junction, the latter being where Stargate predominantly have developed over the last two decades.

Centennial Collection has been designed by SJB on one of the most elevated sites in Bondi Junction. There are 73 apartments across the two buildings, as well as two swimming pools, one on the roof of one building and the other protected from the elements that can be used all year round. There's also a state-of-the-art fitness studio with cardio and personal training areas and a concierge in the architecturally pleasing lobby.
