Rosewood Residences launch in Roseville

Sydney-based developer Bridgewell Development has launched Rosewood Residences in Roseville.

Rosewood Residences features predominantly north-facing apartments offering sweeping tree canopy views, crowned by two penthouses with commanding panoramic vistas.

The BKA Architecture-designed building — featuring a robust façade softened by natural sandstone and gabion walls — will home 37 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Divided into three seven-level buildings, Rosewood Residences responds to the steep topography, with careful attention paid to beautiful landscaping.

Clever design ensures abundant sunlight and cross-ventilation in the generously proportioned apartments, complemented by extra-wide communal corridors for easy access.
