An oasis is defined as "a place in a desert where there is water and therefore plants and trees and sometimes a village or town."

Of course the word taken on multiple meanings over the course of history. It was the overarching term which drove the creation of Billbergia's latest apartment release, Rhodes Central Oasis.

They've created an oasis at the foot of the 41-level tower which features lush natural garden landscapes and an array of resort-style amenities.

The standout inclusion of Oasis is its expansive swimming pool, complete with private cabanas, a splash pad for children, and a spa.

For those looking to entertain or savour alfresco dining, the poolside grille offers a casual and inviting atmosphere for socialising with family and friends, while the landscaped gardens create a picturesque setting, complete with a lawn.

The oasis themes continues on the rooftop, where residents will be greeted by panoramic views stretching towards the Sydney CBD.

Designed as a lush green retreat in the open air, the rooftop offers more than just vistas, with dedicated areas for lounging, dining, and barbecuing.

The project also homes a 9,100 sqm recreation centre, with a range of amenities dedicated to health, well-being, and personal growth. It features a fully-equipped gym and a dedicated gymnastics area, to a cafe, expansive community co-working spaces, active play areas including badminton courts and quiet areas.

Beyond the borders of Oasis, residents are treated to an extensive array of amenities right at their doorstep. Rhodes Central itself celebrates a fusion of cultures, cuisines, and colours.

From early morning cafes and shopping venues to late-night dining options, Rhodes Central has become a premier destination for business, culture, dining, and entertainment.

With over 55 shops and services, including a Woolworths supermarket and a variety of health and wellness establishments, residents have everything they need within reach.

Notably, Bamboo Lane, a dining precinct inspired by Asian food markets, adds an exciting culinary dimension to the area, further enriching the vibrant atmosphere.

Rhodes, with its rich history and thriving present, has long been recognised as a vibrant suburb in Sydney. Renowned for its diverse range of restaurants, shopping options, parklands, boutiques, and stunning architecture, Rhodes has emerged as one of the fastest-growing areas in the city.
