Integrated property fund and developer, Princeton Financial Services, identified Rockdale as a suburb where they wanted to put their signature stamp on.

They've recently launched Marque Rockdale, 58 one, two, and three-bedroom designer apartments that are ideally located to take advantage of living on the coastal peninsula.

Marque, to be built by 3.5-star iCIRT-rated builder Coplex, will feature a handful of SOHO apartments (Small Office Home Office), a hybrid apartment/work space that will bring a vibrant atmosphere to the street level.

Marque will also be the first development in the area with Resilience Latent Defects Insurance, the first defect insurance in Australia that covers the cost of structural defects for 10 years post-completion of the building.

Each apartment features a suite of beautiful materials, stylish contemporary appointments, and a neutral-hued colour palette combined to create inviting modern interiors that exude warmth and enduring appeal.

Expansive glass walls greet residents upon entry into their homes, allowing natural light to illuminate the generously sized, high-ceiling interconnected kitchen, living, and dining areas

Engineered timber floors add a touch of warmth to every room, complemented by LED downlights that contribute to a stylish ambience.

The kitchen is designed to be a focal point for social gatherings, equipped with quality appliances and adorned with Caesarstone benchtops and splashbacks.

Ensuite bathrooms embrace chic minimalism, featuring terra-white floor and wall tiles, brushed nickel tapware, stone vanities, and LED-lit mirrors. Select apartments offer the luxury of a bathtub.

Residents can choose between lighter or darker colour schemes to personalise their Marque Rockdale homes.

The crowning feature of the seven-level building is a communal rooftop herb garden with over 100 sqm of break-out space, accompanied by a barbecue area, a children's play zone, a pergola-shaded dining area, and integrated seating for residents to unwind, read a book, and enjoy the surroundings.

Marque is located just 200 metres from Rockdale Plaza, 500 metres from Rockdale Station, and under one kilometre from Brighton Le-Sands beach.

Ray White Projects Western Sydney Managing Director, Mark Bernberg, says Marque offers everything an owner-occupier could need.

"Suburbs that are one step in from the beach, like a Rockdale or a Randwick, are becoming more and more popular as both affordability and amenity take buyers away from the beach," Bernberg says.

"Future residents of Marque will get to take advantage of all of the benefits of peninsula living but without the pricetag.

"Rockdale is somewhere that is well serviced by shops, cafes and restaurants, and is well connected to Sydney's train network, while also being a short walk from the water and the bay."

Who is Princeton?

Princeton started life as a commercial debt funder before moving into residential development a few years ago.

They acquired development sites across a wide range of Sydney metro suburbs, from Campbell Parade on the dress circle Bondi Beach to a warehouse in Balmain that will be one of the last warehouse conversions in the Balmain village.

Led by co-founders George Gadallah and Craig Anderson, Princeton intends to deliver a standard of development that is well above that of its peers in its respective market.

"We're taking the same level of finish from our $20 million Bondi Beach penthouse to areas that haven't had that level of quality before," Gadallah said.

"We engage some of the country's best architects and interior designers, creating bespoke buildings in areas they've never really designed anything in before. This is the unique offering we want to take to different suburbs across Sydney."
