Poly Global are set to launch a new building in their Bankstown development, Spring Square by Poly

Expressions of interest are being taken in what will be the third building in the burgeoning project, set to be one of the most sought-after buildings given it is north-facing and oriented toward the park.

Another bonus for prospective buyers is that the project is well under construction, and it set to be completed later this year.

Poly Global are also offering buyers a five per cent discount on the retail pricing for all apartments in Spring Square, making it even easier for first home buyers as well as opening the door to savvy investors.

Drawing inspiration from Bankstown's rich history, Spring Square aims to deliver an enriched urban neighbourhood experience that extends far beyond the four walls of an apartment.

Upon completion, the entire development will be home to five residential buildings, with each boasting a range of modern and varied living options, including one, two and three-bedroom floorplans.

Future residents will benefit from a suite of amenity right on their doorstep, including childcare facilities, health services, and a range of communal spaces, with interconnecting walkways and green parks.

Located at the northern end of Bankstown’s commercial precinct, Spring Square residents will be perfectly positioned to enjoy all the burgeoning region has to offer.

In just a short walk from the site lies quality education, retail and supermarkets, restaurants and cafes, as well as entertainment options like a Hoyts Cinema and the Bryan Brown Theatre.

The new Sydney Metro train line is also in progress just 300 metres from Spring Square, which will provide even further connectivity for residents of the already connected suburb.
