ONE The Waterfront features a number of resort-style facilities including a swimming pool, a fee-free commercial gym, tennis courts, and an outdoor rooftop cinema. Additionally, residents have access to CLUB ONE, a community centre equipped with another private cinema.

The location was a big plus for buyers. The project sits near Homebush Bay and is within walking distance of the Olympic Park Train Station. It's also adjacent to Bay Park's expansive parklands, featuring amenities such as a children's playground, fitness station, and additional barbecue facilities.
