PERIFA launch Botanica Kingsford apartments
Builder developer PERIFA has launched one of the only new apartment developments in Kingsford in Sydney's tight Eastern Suburbs off the plan apartment market.
Botanica, which is currently under construction by PERIFA's building arm Versatile, comprises 58 studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments catering to young professionals, families, and investors looking for an affordable address in an area which has a vacancy rate of around one per cent.
The studio starts at $580,000, while one-bed apartments are priced at $725,000 through Laver Residential Projects. The average size for one-bedroom units at Botanica ranges from 40 to 45 sqm internally, with most apartments also featuring private balconies.
Designed by Studio Johnson Architects, Botanica features a cross-flow design that maximises natural light and ventilation. Most units also offer a northern aspect, with some offering views of the CBD.
Residents will also have access to communal amenities such as the garden and barbeque area for leisure and social gatherings.
Botanica's walking proximity to public transport, with the added convenience of the nearby UNSW campus and Prince of Wales Hospital just five minutes away, further adds to its appeal.
Botanica Kingsford is slated for completion in June 2024.
