Penrith set for rare new apartment development as Rodley Place launches
Urban EditorialMarch 11, 2024PROJECT LAUNCH

Estate Property Group has launched its latest development, Rodley Place, in a prime location at Rodley Avenue on the fringe of Penrith's bustling CBD.

Rodley Place offers 30 two and top-floor three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, with ground-level apartments extending to generous private courtyards, while street-facing homes boast individual entries.

Designed by Morson Group, the exterior of Rodley Place showcases a muted earth brick façade, a departure from the typical developments in the vicinity.

The blend of earthy tones, coupled with contemporary touches, is accentuated by modern vertical blade fencing on the balconies—amplifying the sense of space but also highlighting the standout brickwork.

The interiors, curated by Salt & Stone Interiors, feature high ceilings, large windows, and expansive balconies offering panoramic views of The Blue Mountains and Club Paceway.

The open-plan living spaces are complemented by kitchens equipped with Fisher & Paykel appliances, floor-to-ceiling soft-close cupboards, undermount sinks, and finger mosaic-tiled splashbacks.

Every bedroom in Rodley Place comes equipped with built-in wardrobes, adding to the convenience and practicality of every living space.

Rodley Place also offers a range of amenities aligning with sustainability and lifestyle trends, including rooftop solar panels with accompanying Tesla batteries, an electric car charging station, designated basement car parking spaces, and secure storage cages.

the project is ideally located just next to the Penrith Harness Racing Club and Blue Bet Stadium, as well as the Penrith Station and the heart of the activity centre.

Rodley Place is expected to be completed by November 2025.
