A 556 square metre vacant block of Box Hill land in the Bligh Estate with easy access to Rouse Hill has been sold for $550,000.

It was sold by Raza Khan and Chloe Jackman from Raine & Horne, Rouse Hill. 

Located at Lot 301 Pleasance Street, it is within minutes' drive to a large selection of schools and Rouse Hill Town Centre.

Various forms of public transport including the upcoming North-West Railway Link, future Cudgegong Station, parks and recreational fields are also close by.

Box Hill will soon feature a new Town Centre, large areas of park-lands, transport, primary schools, and a high school.
