The demand for residential development in Sydney's suburbs has been on the rise, particularly in the Lower North Shore area, as more and more Sydneysiders look for a place to call home outside the city centre.

St Leonards in particular has been a hot prospect for many, given its connectivity and proximity to the CBD, without the price tag of the city or the eastern suburbs.

Developer New Hope Evergreen, who has history in the suburb having developed The Landmark just a few years ago, have just launched their new apartment project.

In relation only by name, they're now selling The Landmark Quarter, a collection of three towers on Marshall Avenue, about 500 metres away from the completed The Landmark.

Renowned architecture firm Rothelowman has designed the trio of towers in The Landmark Quarter, which will offer a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a handful of four-bedroom penthouses. There's also a small number of townhomes, sculpted to sync with the harbour's edge.

Many of the apartments benefit from city and harbour views, which can be taken in from either the balcony or living area, given all apartments have floor-to-ceiling glass doors to the balcony.

The townhouses have three bedrooms, each with their own private entrance. The homes are crafted with herringbone timber floors and sweeping natural stone, bestowing a timeless quality to the signature private homes.

The penthouses are defined by their grandeur and awe-inspiring views. The interiors are elegant, tailored, and refined, with natural stones, textural timbers, fluted glass, and bronze accents all standard features among the bespoke offering.

The Landmark’s Grand Luna penthouse has already been sold and settled, setting a suburb record at $14 million. Featured on Sydney Lux Listings, the remaining penthouses are set to complete this month and will be on the market from June 2023.

Like The Landmark, Landmark Quarter is focused on resort-style resident experiences and first-class amenities.

Resort-inspired landscapes by Arcadia run between, within and atop the building, with the masterplan offering it's own private parkland, as well as an oasis pool, sauna and hot spa, cinema room, private dining and games room, outdoor dining and barbecue areas.

There'll also be a range of recreational areas, along with a kids' playground, a nature walk and a dog wash station.

The Landmark Quarter residences will be just moments from the future Metro Station, as well as St Leonards Train Station and bus links. Crows Nest Village is also nearby, as is St Leonards shopping plazas.

CBRE are handling the sales at The Landmark Quarter.
