Castle Hill is set to welcome the arrival of its newest residential resort, with Bridgestone Project's Château Showground set to welcome its first residents in September.

The development has been met with solid demand, with 70 per cent of the 296 residences sold. Prices start from $646,000 for the remaining one-bed units, which includes a separate study space, and $859,000 for the two-bedroom apartments.

The three-bedrooms are priced from just over $1 million.

Château Showground will be one of the earliest projects completed in the transformation of the Showground Precinct, which has been a popular spot for buyers since development was given the green light by the NSW Government to allow for residential apartment projects.

Chateau's architectural design combines elegance and functionality to create an unparalleled living experience, with PTW Architects handling the design of the residences.

With options including single-level and two-storey apartments, residents can choose the layout that best suits their preferences and needs.

Situated just 250 metres from the Showground Metro Station, residents will have easy access to public transportation, enabling seamless connectivity to the wider region.

Resident's will also benefit from the resort's rooftop terrace, complete with an infinity pool, overlooking the nearby surroundings, along with barbecue facilities, alfresco dining space and a Zen garden.

There'll also be a state-of-the-art gym available, equipped with top-of-the-line equipment and facilities, in addition to an outdoor cinema.

With all the terrace and townhome options already sold out, prospective buyers are still able to purchase either a one, two or three-bedroom apartment in Chateau.

The one-bed options include separate study space, with prices from $646,000. The two-bedders are priced from $859,000, while the three-bedroom options begin from just over $1 million.
