In a significant milestone for Mirvac's Green Square development, The Frederick, the first of the four residential buildings in the master plan, has reached completion and is now ready for residents to move in.

The Frederick, the tallest of the buildings at 23 levels, comprises 151 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.

Designed collaboratively by Smart Design Studio and Mirvac Design, the exterior showcases a curvilinear form, with the facade described as "punctuated by tall corner slots" creating a pin-wheel effect and adorned with horizontal and vertical shading elements, fritted spandrels, and bands of glazing.

Residents of The Frederick will enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with its family-sized homes leading out to equally generous balconies.

Inside, upgraded engineered timber herringbone floors, warm white walls, and elegant brass-toned fixtures coupled with soft curves, timber laminate details, and illuminated shelvings contribute to the apartments' hotel luxe ambience.

The Frederick is also home to a resident-only Business Studio, a Wellness Studio offering space for yoga, Pilates, and gym workouts, and Sky Lounge, a bookable private dining space exclusive for residents and their guests.

The Frederick is part of one of the largest urban renewal projects in Australia, aiming to deliver over 1,600 apartments, along with office and retail space and a substantial public domain within the Green Square Town Centre.

Green Square by Mirvac has been coming to life for over nine years. Besides the residential buildings, the precinct is also home to a library and Civic Plaza, as well as the 6,200 sqm Drying Green, Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre, Green Square train station, Joynton Avenue Creative Centre, Goodstart Waranara Early Education Centre and over 40 parks.

Mirvac CEO Development Stuart Penklis said Green Square is a great example of government and industry coming together to not only generate more places close to the city for Sydney-siders to call home but also foster a community that will meet the needs of its residents for years to come.

The three other residential buildings, Portman on the Park, Portman House and Portman St Terraces, are also forecasted for completion by Mirvac Construction early this year.

With The Frederick soon to be ready for occupancy, residents can enjoy the convenience of a two-minute walk to Green Square train station and a vibrant civic plaza, further enhancing the appeal of high-rise living in an amenity-rich neighbourhood supported by public transport, leisure, health, and education facilities, as well as ample green space.
