MIRA Bellevue Hill approaches construction completion, hits 50% sold
Luxury apartment developer, Clutch Capital, has reached several major milestone in its MIRA Bellevue Hill apartment development.
Construction by Lords Group is fast approaching completion of the luxury development of just 14 apartments at 52 Bunyula Road, with a display apartment now ready for prospective buyers to view.
The developer has also just announced it's hit the 50 per cent sold mark, with $21 million worth of sales following the launch of the display apartment.
The sales include the penthouse which sold for $12.7 million.
The three-storey MIRA comprises 14 residences with spacious two and three-bedroom layouts, as well as the four-bedroom penthouse.
Designed by PBD Architects, Lawless & Meyerson Interiors, and Myles Baldwin Landscaping, MIRA blends Japanese and European aesthetics, characterised by its clean curves and reflective glass façade.
“Sculptural forms playfully terrace across the site, with a balance of carefully configured apartments capturing views, drawing in natural light and enjoying exceptional amenity,” Paul Buljevic of PBD Architects said.
The interiors feature floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light and provide expansive views, creating a connection to the surrounding greenery.
“In both the private and communal alfresco spaces, the gardens have a romantic fluidity to them that contrasts the structure of the architecture, with the pool organically nestled within the landscaping,” landscape designer Myles Baldwin said.
MIRA is located within walking distance from Plumer Road shops, Rose Bay foreshore, and several dining options, including the Boathouse and Catalina.
The Bellevue Hill development is also close to Double Bay, known for its upscale dining and fashion, and is just a short distance from Woollahra and Royal Sydney Golf Clubs.
