Mertion has a long reputation for a 100 per cent completion rate at every project they've ever worked on.

Two years ago one of their projects, The Lighthouse in Dee Why, was the Winner of Excellence in Residential Construction, awarded by the Aust Institute of Building.

One of their most recently completed Sydney projects is The Aston in Mascot, a two-building development with 109 apartments above two retail shops.

The seven and eight-level buildings on Gardeners Road are crowned by landscaped rooftop areas, which provide another vantage point within the development to take in the surrounding views, complete with barbecue facilities.

A number of apartments take in extensive, uninterrupted views back toward the city.

Superior thermal and sound protection has been incorporated through engineered performance glazing and acoustically rated internal wall systems, ensuring privacy and comfort for residents, while on-site building management is dedicated to providing support and assistance to residents.

Many of the apartments offer direct lift access to secure underground parking - a rare commodity in the Sydney apartment market, with additional separate lock-up storage also included. Bicycle parking is also available, promoting eco-friendly transportation options.

Security is a top priority at Aston, with CCTV surveillance and intercoms fitted throughout. Sustainability was also another key consideration throughout the design process, with energy initiatives providing cheaper energy options while individual smart water metres enable further savings.

Meriton Property Finance offers special financing options at Aston, with a three year fixed interest rate of five per cent, which means buyers can secure a loan for up to 90 per cent of the purchase price without requiring a valuation. For investors, there is an added incentive as tenants are guaranteed upon settlement.

Residents will be within close proximity to Mascot Central retail precinct, which is filled with convenient amenities, including a Woolworths and 16 specialty retailers offering a variety of food and lifestyle options.

With a bus stop nearby offering routes to UNSW, the CBD, and Bondi Junction, residents also have easy access to public transportation. Gardeners Road Public School is conveniently located across the road, making it an ideal choice for families, while Mascot Train Station is within a 900-metre radius, providing efficient travel options.

Sydney's domestic and international airports are also a mere 1.9 kilometres away, while the CBD is a short five kilometre journey.

One, two and three-bedroom apartments are still available in Aston, with prices from $680,000.
