Following the successful sell out of stage one, Mayrin have released stage two of their Rouse Hill development, Verset.

Situated in close proximity to Rouse Hill Station and Rouse Hill shopping centre, Verset provides residents with unrivalled convenience.

The area is teeming with a plethora of amenities, including an array of cafes and restaurants, retail shops, supermarkets, expansive parklands, playgrounds, as well as plans for a future hospital and retail expansion.

The apartments in Verset are designed with open-plan layouts, seamlessly integrating the living, lounge, and dining areas. Each of the living spaces extend to either an entertainer's balcony or a garden.

The kitchens feature stone benchtops and gas cooking facilities, along with European appliances, while the master bedrooms are generously sized, complete with an en-suite and built-in wardrobes.

Residents of Verset will also benefit from a communal space at the centre of the site, with the space including an entertaining area and barbecue facilities.

Upon completion, Verset will be home to 185 apartments, set across two four-storey buildings.
