Corsa Mortlake, an absolute waterfront boutique development positioned on Majors Bay in Sydney Harbour in the inner-west waterside suburb of Mortlake, has secured around $35 million in sales on its launch weekend.

Two purchasers also bought marina berths, proving to be a major drawcard of the project.

CBRE Residential Projects Director Clayton Ross said the marina was a key feature and one of the unique selling points of this project. 

“It is such a rare commodity to buy an apartment with a marina berth. The marina berths attracted a huge amount of interest for the project,” Ross said. 

Designed by award-winning architects, SJB, the apartments capture uninterrupted panoramic water views, abundant storage, secure basement parking and a 23-berth marina which accommodates boats from 12 to 20 metres in length.
