Fortis luxury Rose Bay apartment development, Atlas, is approaching a significant milestone.

Luxury builder Lords Group is set to remove the scaffolding from the boutique development of just 12 apartments at 5 Spencer Street

The scaffold removal marks a crucial phase in the project's progression as the final touches on the external facade and the installation of penthouse skylights near completion.

Atlas represents the third residential development in Rose Bay for Fortis.

The development sits on a 2,223 sqm site, which consolidates four independent properties acquired by Fortis for $28.5 million in early 2021.

The building, designed by MHN Design Union, is home to a mix of grandly proportioned two, three, and four-bedroom apartments with interiors curated by Alexander & CO.

Each unit features expansive living, entertainment, and outdoor areas.

Atlas is located just a short walk from Rose Bay village, offering residents easy access to local amenities.

The project remains on track for a mid-2024 move-in date and has only a few apartments remaining.
