Prominent South Sydney developer, Level 33, has launched one of its most boutique apartment developments to date.

The go-to developer in Wollongong has revealed Easterly, directly opposite WIN Stadium at 13 Crown Street, a short walk from the beach.

Easterly comprises 21 luxury two and three-bedroom apartments and three penthouses, all designed in collaboration with Turner Architects.

Easterly’s design integrates coastal elements with robust structural components, reflecting the nearby ocean and land in both its architecture and interiors.

"Given such an important location so close to the beach, we sought to create residences that maximise your experience of the water, with views from almost every vantage point enhanced by expansive balconies and full-height windows to the eastern façade," Karl May, Managing Director of Turner Architects, said.

"A subtle architectural connection to the ocean plays out in the rounded balconies like stones washed smooth from the waves."

The apartments offer expansive balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows, providing ample natural light and views.

"Distinctions of Easterly’s interior design are evident through a seamless interplay between the carefully curated materiality and depth of detail, crafting thoughtful, bespoke residences," Turner Interiors explained.

The interiors are well-equipped with premium Gaggenau appliances and adorned by stone finishes, bespoke joinery, spa-inspired bathrooms with freestanding baths, and custom wardrobes in the bedrooms.

"Harmonious textures and tones create a unified aesthetic, representing the intricate relationship between the sea, radiant sunshine and qualities of the Illawarra coastline," Turner added.

Residents can choose between two interior palettes, Ripple and Ridge, allowing for personalisation of their living spaces.

Easterly also includes a ground-floor retail space with alfresco seating, promoting a convenient café lifestyle.

The café lifestyle extends to Easterly's vibrant neighbourhood with numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Strategically located at 13 Crown Street, the development is also within easy access to several attractions, including the historic Flagstaff Point Lighthouse, Wollongong Botanic Gardens, and Blue Mile Pathway.
